Shipping Information
All shower heads are shipped
FREE FedEx Ground. This is
our only shipping option available at this time. We
sometimes ship using other carriers but primarily use
FedEx Ground.
How to track your package:
Once we receive your order and confirm it we will then
prepare the shower head for shipment. Once we ship the
product we will enter the tracking number into our
system.
You will receive an email like:

on the left side of the web site. Once you log in and go
to your order history you can see the status of your
order. Our system is real time so when we ship it your
tracking number appears immediately!
All orders are processed same day on most occasions
if order is placed before 10AM CST. If for some reason
one of our shower heads are not in stock your order
status will reflect that. Very rarely are we out of
stock. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: It is always best to
use a physical address for shipment when possible to
avoid any delays in shipment. If your delivery address
differs from your billing address we must manually
confirm your order before shipment. This can sometimes
delay shipment. Make sure the phone number you use when
ordering is a valid so if we need to manually verify the
order it will not hold up your shipment. Return Policy: If you decide to return
any shower head please make sure it has not been used
and all parts are inside the returned box. There is a
15% restocking fee on all returned shower heads. We will
inspect the return to verify all original parts are in
the returned box. It is your responsibility to ship it
back to us and we recommend getting insurance/tracking
in case it is lost or damaged during shipment.
