Flow Restriction
Your shower is shipped with a 2.5 gpm flow restricter. A
white plastic disc with a small hole in the center that
fits into the hex inlet, This is not a washer and does
not eliminate the need to wrap pipe threads with Teflon
tape to seal the connection. Also enclosed is a 3/4² x
1/2² rubber o’ring that can be inserted into the hex
inlet in case your installation should require it to
help seal in conjunction with Teflon tape on pipe
threads, requiring less tightening.
